Blueberries are highly temperature-sensitive, which is why our post-harvest protocol focuses on rapid pre-cooling within the first hour of picking. By quickly dropping the core temperature to an optimal 2°C, we effectively halt the ripening process, preserve the fruit's natural crunchiness, and protect the delicate wax bloom (pruina).
Operating in a fully temperature-controlled environment, our automated sorting line monitors size uniformity and eliminates any optical defects. This strict internal protocol ensures that only flawless, premium-grade blueberries enter the final packaging and dispatch zones.
